Installation paths on kantin
We offer three ways to access kantin: a native Android APK, iOS via mobile browser, and a responsive web app for desktop or tablet. Each method connects to the same account and balance, so your funds and betting history remain consistent across all devices. Choose whichever suits your phone best.
Android installation walkthrough
Installing kantin on Android takes about two minutes. Follow these four steps to get started.
- Download the APK file. Visit our registration page or use the direct link provided in your welcome email. The file is roughly 45 MB and works on Android 7.0 and later.
- Enable unknown sources. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on. This allows your phone to install apps outside the Google Play Store. You can disable it again after installation.
- Install the app. Open your Downloads folder, tap the kantin APK file, and follow the on-screen prompts. Installation takes 30–60 seconds depending on your device speed.
- Open kantin and register. Launch the app, create your account with your email or phone number, complete KYC verification, and add a payment method such as DANA, e-wallet, or mobile banking.
iOS and web browser access
If you use iPhone or iPad, we recommend opening kantin in Safari or Chrome. Our web app is fully responsive and works as smoothly as a native app on iOS devices. Simply visit our site, log in, and add a home-screen shortcut for quick access. On Android, you can also use the browser version if you prefer not to install the APK—both paths give you the same account, balance, and betting options.
App versus browser: what's the difference
Our native Android app offers offline caching, so you can view your account balance and recent bets even without internet. Push notifications alert you to live-match updates, cashback offers, and withdrawal confirmations—features that work best on the app. The app also loads slightly faster on slower networks because it stores some assets locally. However, the browser version is equally secure and syncs instantly with the app. Choose based on your preference: the app for convenience and notifications, or the browser for flexibility across devices without installation.
Device compatibility and requirements
kantin works on Android 7.0 and later, and iOS 12 and later. Most phones from the last five years meet these requirements. If your device is older, you can still use the web browser version on any phone with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). We test regularly on mid-range and budget devices to ensure the experience remains smooth even on slower connections or older hardware.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK won't install, check that Unknown Sources is enabled in your security settings. Some phones also require you to trust the certificate—if you see a warning, tap "Install anyway" or "Trust this source." If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → kantin → Storage → Clear Cache) or reinstalling. For iOS users, if the web app won't load, try clearing Safari's cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) or switching to a different browser. If you encounter persistent errors, our support team can help troubleshoot via email or live chat.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install kantin, the app requests permission to send notifications and access your device's storage for offline caching. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location. All communication between your phone and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your account is further protected by two-factor authentication (2FA), which we recommend enabling in your account settings. If you log in from a new device, we may ask you to verify your identity via email or SMS. Never share your password or 2FA codes, and always log out when using a shared device. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately and contact our support team.
